Delivery & Returns

Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatching your goods, as we make products in small batches and often to order. However, we will always aim to deliver them to you sooner! If you’re interested in products sold on pallet (bucket, pouches, or boxes), please contact us at 1642 269 376 (Mobile: 07818464940) or email us at contact@ariafoods.co.uk to inquire about the lead time before placing an order online.

Our chosen courier handles all orders. If there is no one available to sign for the goods, a card will be left with details of the local courier who can help you arrange a convenient time for redelivery. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know when placing your order. For Pallet products, we coordinate with our courier to schedule the delivery day and time.

If possible, we recommend having the delivery made to a business premises where someone will be available during working hours. Alternatively, you can choose to have the goods delivered to a neighbour or collected from a local store if it’s more convenient for you. Please note that we cannot provide multiple delivery address alternatives, and we cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly provided addresses.

Lastly, please be aware that it is a requirement of the courier company to have a telephone number at the delivery address.

UK Standard Delivery Charges

Our UK standard delivery charges for order less than £200 is £5.00 per order (up to 5 kg in weight). This may change as order weight goes up and is seen in our checkout as you are placing your order. Our minimum order quantity for our postal service to you is £10 per order (excluding shipment). In case you are in our local zone and wanted to have delivery to your site, our minimum order quantity for delivery using our own transport to local area of Middlesbrough to Newcastle is £200 per order. There is a charge from £5 to £50 per delivery in Teesside local zone, and also Local zone (check our website check out for this prices please). For the rest of UK depends on your order quantity, we can only post or ship our sauces to you using a third party courier.

Non-Standard Delivery Charges

Please note that the delivery charge of £5.00 covers the majority of regions of the UK mainland. Delivery to non-UK mainland and certain regions on the mainland incur the following delivery charges with all orders:

The Scottish Highlands & Islands, and certain UK Mainland regions – £20

Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man – £30

The Channel Islands – £60

We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond The British Isles.

For pallet-size delivery to UK mainland, minimum order quantity for delivery is 1 pallet per order and pallet charges can be confirmed as you place your order with us (our website prices are excluding shipment cost). In cases you may have your own transport, you can arrange this from your side. Otherwise, for UK mainland, the cost of pallet Delivery & Returns will be quoted when you contact us before your online purchase.

For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and certain UK Mainland regions, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man and The Channel Islands extra cost on pallet delivery will be applied at the time order.
